Dr.Suess or Theodore S. Geisel was a children’s book writer. His books were unique because he could make a rhyme any time. A publisher asked him to make children’s books that taught children new words but it also had to be entertaining. Theodore was up for the job. The publisher was amazed when Theodore wrote the book The Cat in the Hat.
So he was told to do more children’s books, this is what started his career as an author. As an author he wrote many children’s books like If I Ran the Zoo, Hop on Pop, Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You?, Miles and Miles of Reptiles, Circus McGurkus 1, 2, 3!, The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbin.
He married a woman named Helen. He had an obsession with her. After he died she wrote books in his name.
